About Abigail Gehman
Running cleared my mind. Coaching gave it purpose.

It started at twelve.
I started running because I wanted to be like my Dad, who is a distance runner. In high school, cross country and track showed me the competitive side of racing and the community that comes with it.
Since then, I have added weightlifting, HIIT, hip hop dance workouts, hiking, and swimming. Each one has expanded what strength can look and feel like.
That variety is part of my coaching practice. I pay attention to the person in front of me, experiment responsibly, and shape the work around their goals—not a template.
“I have a very strong desire to help others accomplish their fitness goals because my fitness journey has changed my life for good in so many ways!”
Why I coach
For me, running is therapy.
It clears my mind and calms my soul. Fitness has supported my mental health, challenged me physically, and connected me with people. I want to help others find the strength that changes their lives too.
During a session, my focus is on you. No texting other people. No distracted coaching. Just present, honest support for the work in front of us.
